REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

My greatest pleasure in treating patients is making them feel comfortable with dental treatment. Working with both adults and children enables me to assist all our patients to manage their own dental health. I work hard to make everyone feel at ease and safe during their dental treatment, whether it is placing fluoride to prevent childhood decay, treating periodontal disease or a routine dental prophylaxis. I have worked in this practice for many years and have seen many of my patients for most of those years but also enjoy meeting new people and treating them like long term patients. I provide child and adult prophylaxes, periodontal, treatment and maintenance, take routine and cone beam radiographs, fluoride treatments and sealants and various other procedures provided here at Sunset Valley Dental.

Outside of the office I enjoy skiing, swimming, reading, and travel!

REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT

I like helping patients feel at ease during their visit. Even people with dental anxiety soon learn that we offer painless treatment and coming to see us is nothing to dread! I make sure our patient is comfortable in the chair, review the procedure, and prepare them. Working chairside, I assist the doctor to provide comfortable and efficient service. I also do laboratory work and help my teammates.

I have a wonderfully supportive husband and four adult children. My husband and I enjoy riding his motorcycle and activities with our church. I also like baking, so our office gets to enjoy a lot of homemade goodies!

TRADITIONAL DENTAL ASSISTANT

I love people and working closely with patients to help make them at ease during their dental visit. I work directly with patients: seating them, preparing them for their procedure, and explaining what will happen. Working chairside, I assist the doctor to provide comfortable and efficient service. When we’re finished, I provide home-care instructions and check to make sure our patient is happy with the visit.

Outside the office I love spending time with my family and dogs. I especially love being outdoors! My favorite outdoor activity is fishing. I especially enjoy fishing trips with my dogs.

SURGICAL ASSISTANT

I love working with patients and helping to ease their stress with lots of laughter during their dental visit. I work directly with patients: seating them, preparing them for their procedure, and explaining what will happen. Working chairside, I assist the doctor to provide comfortable and efficient service. When we’re finished, I provide home-care instructions and check to make sure our patient is happy with the visit.

Outside the office I love spending time with my family, dogs, and horses. I especially love sailing my boat on the ocean and trying new restaurants.

LAUREN

OFFICE MANAGER

I look forward to talking with patients while assisting them with their dental needs. Because we offer personalized care, our doctors tailor treatment to each person’s needs. This means the best experience and strongest results. I answer calls, schedule visits, and handle billing matters. I also work with patients to ensure they get the most from their insurance benefits. I follow up with insurance claims, so patients don’t need to stress!

My wonderful husband and I married in 2013. We have two active children that keep us very busy! In our free time we enjoy being with our families and working on projects in our home.
